Ein sehr schönes Hotel, bei dem das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt. Vor allem die Außenanlagen sind schön gestaltet und das Fitnessstudio lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, bei der Ankunft wurden uns sogar warme Cookies serviert.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, neben einem Restaurant im Hotel sind auch andere Restaurants und Supermärkte gut zu erreichen.

Hotel was amazing. Clean. Friendly staff. Great restaurant and breakfast. Rooms were immaculate. Great place to stay. My only complaint was shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty in my bathroom and it took about 3 minutes for the shower to great up while running. Other than that, would certainly stay again.

Amazing staff..so clean..the MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER... Manager Meagan is terrific.. Front desk staff over my stay were Isabel Brittany David and Angelica Izzy all were so delightful also.. Greg and Edgar helped us coming in and going out and what kind helpful men. Now I know why my husband speaks so highly of his long stays there. Thank you SO MUCH amazing friends.

We had the worst experience ever at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Bernardino. First of all the person at the desk was so rude and so unhelpful to us. His name is Refuqio. My husband is an easy going person. Refuqio had him so upset, and shaken up. He wouldn't let us sign in because my daughter is the one that booked the room so she had to go down there to sign us in. That was one big inconvenience. Then later on that night our TV went out, the refrigerator wouldn't work and the microwave didn't work not to mention the coffee pot. They sent the security guard because they didn't have an on-duty maintenance man to fix the problem. Of course the security guard didn't know what to do. We had Chinese food and we had leftover dinner from the restaurant that hadn't been touched, and all that went bad. Then when we called in the morning to see if they could fix it so we could have coffee they said they didn't even have a record of what we were talking about. They made it sound like we were making the whole thing up. My daughter called the front desk to complain and to talk to the manager which was supposed to call her back and never did. Then there was confusion about our room we had booked it for 2 days and they said we only booked it for one so we had to leave. There's too many hotels in the area to stay at one like that. And it was my husband's surprise birthday party with the family.

The sales team here is phenomenal, shout out to Brittany! She was amazing with our event room block. Her manager was extremely helpful and the front desk should also be commended. Great hotel and staff.

As a gold member for Hilton, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The AC would not allow me to lower it past 68 degrees. This is San Bernardino and the weather was warm. Me and the wife could not sleep well due to how warm the room was. When I attempted to watch Tv, the tv would freeze so I had to turn it off several times and turn it back on, but I gave up on it and just watched on my tablet. The shower curtain was low that when I showered, there was water all over the floor cause the curtain would not help. Location was great and service was good.

Refugio helped check us in and was super kind! Thanks for the free cookies and for the great vibes! We were traveling business and Refugio being helpful and polite made the experience easy and took some stress off the trip. The hotel is super cleanly and the beds are incredibly comfy! Lots of storage in the rooms too. Overall a very good experience! Thank you!
