Da wir lieber ein wenig fahren und die Ruhe geniesen wollten, hatten wir uns dieses Hotel für unsere Los Angeles Aktivitäten ausgesucht. Wer also gerne etwas von der Umgebung LA's gepaart mit den Hauptattraktionen der Stadt kennenlernen möchte ist||in San Dimas sehr gut aufgehoben.

Super Zimmer super Frühstück nettes Personal schöner Anlage sauber gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man von dort aus schöne Lokale und Geschäfte erreichen.

I recently stayed at the Best Western and had a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic and the hotel was generally quiet, there were a few issues that detracted from my stay.
Firstly, I noticed stains on the window covers and bed skirt, which made the room feel a bit dated and not as clean as I would have liked. Additionally, I was informed that the water in the building would be shut off, which meant I had to wake up early to ensure I could shower and get ready for the day. Given these inconveniences, I feel a small discount should have been offered to compensate for the disruption.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, which I appreciated.
In summary, while the location and quiet environment were great, the cleanliness issues and water shut-off were disappointing. A small discount would have made the experience more satisfactory.

Breakfast is pretty good. Made to order. Rooms are tired and in need of refreshing. The first night the rooms were pretty bad. Toilet wobbled. 2 air fresheners trying to cover up some kind of fishy smell. Stains on couch and carpet. Beds seemed comfortable and nice. No water for showers in the morning due to city construction. However, the staff failed to tell us upon check in. So we missed the opportunity to shower - and we were headed to a funeral. Management didn’t seem to care and referred to some paper notices posted in a very small font. The next day we ask for different rooms. We looked at 5 until we found 2 that would work OK. Still had some stains but somewhat cleaner. The last night someone threw up on the stairs. We told the front desk. They said housekeeping will get to it. They didn’t. People continued to step in it and track it all over - and probably into the carpeted rooms. Based on the reviews it seems like management cared more in the past than they do now. Disappointing. Lots of air fresheners in use vs cleaning well.

If 0 was an option I wouldn't hesitate. I didn't want run to write review, but this place left me no choice. My sister inlaw stayed in this hotel and she got attacked by bed bugs all over her body. This is was brought up to management with countless calls and emails with absolutely response just a simple keep emailing and someone will write back. It's been over a month and nothing. I'm pretty sure they have not changed these beds. It's gross and they are allowing people staying in there. They are careless. My sister in law is still dealing with the scars from the bites. Can't believe nothing was done. Maybe this emails helps the owner or whoever is in charge finally do something.

A nice place right off the freeway in San Dimas. My wife and I were traveling and looking for reputable brand named hotel on the least expensive side and got a deal at this location. It does look like it was perhaps purchased and/or taken over as a result of the pandemic as there were still a lot references to social distancing and ‘clean’ vs. ‘dirty’ pens at the front desk. ||Overall, we were pleased with the facilities that we booked a second night. Although there were some flaws (bathroom exhaust fan was not working, there was only one ‘cable’ channel), the room and facilities Including the pool and hot tub were overall clean.||I would recommend this location to stay at.

The rooms are clean! That's not so common, unfortunately. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. I love the courtyard garden, especially the blooming rose bushes. |Breakfast was the same choices every day of our 3 night stay. That part was starting to wear on me. But the eggs are cooked to order by the staff; so, that's a plus!
