Best service and hospitality. Karan srivastav the owner and his staff taken great care of all the students during trip. He personally listed our requirements and provide best quality service. Rooms and allocation was outstanding. Food was very tasty and service of food was phenomenal.|Inshort just great and memorable experience.

The Management was poor. The water filter was not refilled on time. But the location was good. Some activities like rifle shooting was mention but didn't get to do it. Overall don't go on reviews instead call the management for knowing the actual experience.

The worst thing I've ever done at this resort. After making our reservation, we came across reviews on Google. 90% percent of the reviews on their website and on Google are fake. Worst meals, along with all they said about sports activities on that page. I believe all 1947 goods were discarded. once you get to the resort, they will ask you to send a 70% advance payment.so after reaching resort if u want cancel their is no option for either staying. There is 2 manager in that resort. One young man is really good and the middle age guy is very rude.I asked about taxi information as I was leaving, and guy was really impolite. He is shouting in the local language and acting really rudely.I have spent lots of money here for worst. To reach pune to their place for up and down I paid 9k and for one night and only dinner and bf I paid for two 5800/- one main thing. In our washroom gas is leaking I informed them many times but they saying it's common. Gas smell is worst. It's very dangerous.

i came to this place from Navi Mumbai with my family and found the location to be excellent and would recommend this place for relaxation and peace, though it’s quiet far from the city.
The resort is surrounded by mountains from all sides and with a lakeside view.
The food is freshly prepared and served, with very good service from the entire staff while they are very polite,gentle and helpful.
Must try the barbeque Veg and non Veg starters along with river rafting which was an amazing experience.

Food not good. Chicken was like rubber.

100% marks for the view it offers. Lovely place.

Its on a hill, so be cautious about the road uphilll. Its a very steep narrow road. Be careful.

Few things' i didnt like :

No proper reception when you enter the property
Dogs were allowed to feed on our used plates, that's a big No if you are hygiene cautions
Water sport is utter nonsense, they should have provided kayak instead of tyre tubes.
Charges were way too expensive for the experience they provide
Look and feel of the property werent that great
Club house were filled with all sort of nonsense stuff
Dart board was 10 years old
Food could have been a lot better
No internet or wifi, they provided TV and asked you to use mobile data.
DJ is none other than servicing guys playing youtube songs

Few things to like:
People managing the property were really hard working, they are quite generous. Great enthusiasm. Felt really bad for them and were over-worked.

Overall, i wont recommend this place to anyone. Had been there with my family and I'm really sad to have wasted money.

The staff are pretty decent.
They have inhouse games, music & activities for your friends and family.
Recommended for new gen.
The best part you have access to nearby lake and they provide you rafting and boating with amazing views.

Good morning…|stay was pretty good, nice clean rooms with good hygiene. |Good privacy…|Staff is very helpfull and respectful towards all the customers and completely takes care of customers needs and makes sure all customers are satisfied with the room services. |Food was the highlight of the stay.. it was really tasty.|I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
