These guys are amazing. Arranged a full refund for a return transfer to Saalbach as we had to cancel less than 24hrs before the trip due to one of our party and someone we care for falling very very sick and needing to be hospitalised in an ICU unit. This customer service is just incredible and they have shown compassion & care in a very tough time for us. We’ll be using this company every time we go skiing now and will recommend to anyone

a very flexible company .I booked a day tour with them and then realized that I actually wanted to see something different, instead of the sound of music I wanted to book a trip to hallstatt. Bernie, our guide just immediately switched it over to where I wanted to go and this really made my day. Flexible and a very enjoyable tour. I can definitely recommend this company.

You have to do it!
When you come to this area take a tour with Be Special Tours! They will make you feel special and it felt like we could not have been taken care of! Our guide Bernie was funny, entertaining and such a great host that we even booked another tour for the next day and do not want to have missed that. A source of knowledge and made us feel so special in the ambiance of this movie location. I thought after this tour that there is nothing that can beat it but the next day was just another highlight after the other. Do yourself a favor and go with this company.
