Excellent hotel to stay and one can have a piece of mind. Calm surroundings with good foods and well furnished rooms. Restaurants serving Indian dishes and lovely atmosphere. 2 restaurants available for buffet and sla carte. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Good location of the hotel is the one where one can enjoy the surroundings.

Excellent food excellent stay. Spacious rooms and good location. Mr. Nitin was excellent at Pol 21 restaurant his hospitality was admirable. Whole team is energetic and welcoming. Thank you for good time here. Would recommend to the ones who are pure vegetarian as this hotel serves only veg options.

I traveled here for some official work.the best part is it’s location easy to get transport facilities. The hotel is safe for girls travelling solo. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. I have always heard a god feedback about their food but may be the restaurant was packed so didn’t sort of felt comfortable.overall the service is excellent and front desk people are joyful and helpful.

I stayed there for 2 nights from 2-4 September 2024, and I had the worst experience, the room alloted to me had cockroachs roaming around in it, I asked for room clean, cleaning person took 20 minutes to come then just took changed bed sheets and small cockroach out then again faces same issue, then despite asking for change in room, the night reception staff lied on my face that hotel is fully booked and when I checked online the rooms were available and this all conversation is happening at 12.30 am at night, after arguments and waiting for more than half hour they shifted me to another room which was also bad and had strong smell of pest control. Their windows were not getting looked so they send in man to lock it at 1 am. I got throat infection due to that pest control smell. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Being girl and facing such bad hospitality and hygiene would discourage to believe 4star property like this one.

Disappointing Experience at Pol21. A Multi-Cuisine Misfire
Pol21 promises a world of culinary delights with its extensive menu featuring Gujarati, North Indian, South Indian, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, and Continental options. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of expectations. Food quality and test was OK. That wasn't give feel at all of sitting 4-star hotel.

Only good part is ambiance. And the worst part is Air Condition was not working. We didn't expect this at all. Service was very poor. Very loud and noisy atmosphere.

The buffet itself, though offering variety, seems to be the weak link here. With such a broad range of cuisines, it's difficult to achieve excellence in any one.

Overall, Pol21 fails to deliver on its promise. If you're looking for a focused and enjoyable dining experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It was a great experience to have all different kinds of palate tickling & tongue teasing delicacies under one roof. The discount scheme of 50%. was a very good idea to attract food lovers.

This is one of the safest hotel for single lady traveller. Easy location and rooms are nice clean and spacious.food is also good.|I had booked it online from MMT got a great deal the breakfast spread is full of various options |Overall a nice stay
