They served me a hard axx burger patty that’s made noise when you dropped it on the table. A literal burnt hockey puck DO NOT COME HERE also their grease is dirty and gave my friend burnt onion rings

The owner replied I’m a scammer and looking for free food. The food wasn’t FREE I paid $14.96 and the proof of the burnt patty is listed. Also how am I a scammer when that’s you guys wrapping paper and tables that’s closest to the cash register. You served me a burnt patty that I PAID for also reading your other reviews serving burnt items is something you guys do often ever review you get you deny instead of hiring a new cook who cares about you guys reputation and your customers.

The service and atmosphere at BurgerIM were great, but their burgers, while definitely tasty, are much smaller than they appear in the photos at the restaurant. My friend mentioned that they looked like White Castle burgers from Harold and Kumar and I have to agree with him.

Update: The business replied and mentioned that I didn't order their larger burger. Now that I know this is possible and that different sizes are available, I will do so in the future, but I was unaware that there were two sizes to choose from. Now I know! Thank you, BurgerIM.

This place is GROSS! The staff was glued to the phone and not dressed professional at all- just wearing a hoodie and sweatpants with crocs. They didnt explain the menu or welcome me at all and still asked for a tip. The establishment is filthy. Just stepping to get my soda the mats are sticky and full of bacteria. The soda machine sprays all over you and its obvious nobody ever cleans around it. The floor is coated with trash and debris and appears to not be cleaned ever.

The burger was burnt to a crisp and had no flavor. I spent 15 dollars on a burger smaller and worse than McDonald’s and spent 5x the amount than a mcdouble.

No manager on duty and just overall not good.

Ordered take out. Angela got my order wrong and when I politely asked for a refund because of her rude customer service, she proceeded to try and argue with me instead of finding a solution. I called to ask for her supervisor so she yelled at me and then hung up in my face and forwarded all of my calls. Do not go to this establishment if you care about the customer service. The people they hire do not care about their job or the paying customers.

Had lunch at BurgerIm.
The combos of duos and trios are hard to understand.. not sure why these options are not served with the toppings as the regular size version of each burger.
The Dry Aged Beef was my favorite one

I ordered the ANGUS BEEF
1/3 Lb. Patty, with Lettuce, Tomato,, Shaved Onions, American Cheese and it was delicious. I order it to go and the quality and presentation were intact when I arrived home. I also ordered the fries and their seasoning is very flavorful.

I have eaten here a handful of times and it is always great. Everyone is always so nice and they have one of those awesome soda machines with a million options that I love! Burgers are delicious as are the seasoned crinkle fries! $14-15 for a full meal is very reasonable to me. A single burger at 5 Guys is like $15… without their soggy fries or drink.

There are a lot of ghetto people in Miami and they are the clearly ones leaving bad reviews for absurd reasons that have nothing to do with the food - don’t listen to them.
