Hotel Shriniwas Executive offers small but impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-furnished rooms. The bathrooms are good, and the staff is friendly and supportive. View from the balcony is very beautiful. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay! ?

They don't accept credit card.
We had to ask for more pillows and blanket. We were 2 adult and 1 kid in room but still we had to request for 3rd blanket and pillow they did not provided themselves. Room number 203 Silver room balcony opens to a bar next door building and was too noisy. Location is in MIDC so it's a loof place at night. They don't have security guard in the premises.
We had to pull the additional bedding ourselves.... Bed edges are sharp and it hurts. The sunmica fitted is sharp.
Bathroom door lock was jammed.

Decent rooms for 2-3 people. Clean beds, bedsheets and blankets. No bedbugs. Air conditioning and geyser working perfectly. Co-operative staff

Cons
Location is a little offbeat.
Food is not one of the best and one can find much better options nearby.

This Hotel was in a peaceful locality and provide pleasant stay in Wai MIDC. It had a flat screen TV. Thanks to the AC in the room, I had some time to relax before starting my tasks. The washroom was pretty good as well.
food quality was also average, but time taken is longer.
staff was good and cooperate well.
cleanliness is very good.good fragrance used to make you feel better.

A value for money hotel with good cosy rooms.
The restaurant below was good enough to serve the customers in the hotel.
A bar next to the hotel was a good surprise.
Good parking space and overall a well maintained property.
Would recommend this Oyo managed hotel for stayover before going towards Mahableshwar.

Price is low compared to others, plus ull get necessary amenities, food was reasonable and good.
But....
Location is in midc, that means very much secluded, so if u r going as couple, could be really worrisome.coz day is ok but at night imagine u r at a place with no market, no hospital, no locality nearby it's all dark out side in the night.
But for group of boys it's very good, no need to carry liquor , as it has a wine shop and bar very close.
If ur planning panchgani mahabaleshwar tour then may be not good idea to stay coz ull have to travel up the hill in the morning that is waste of time, instead u could book room close to points in panchgani.

Very place to stay. Its little interior and you need to spend extra time. This place is very decent and sound N pollution free. The rooms are little congested and balcony also very small. With this price we can't expect more. Services are just OK. Food is also OK. Overall we can stay for very short duration

They should remove OYO from their hotel name, I have booked from booking dot com, the OYO send message for confirmation i need to pay half amount in advance, which i pad before 10 days of stay date, OYO have confirmed my stay but problem start when I arrived at hotel, owner/host told me I need to pay double otherwise no entery, no hospitality/manners at all, the even check in thier Oyo booking that I have paid half amount but they said they stop OYO now so how they can come know my booking and amount paid, they should Stop fooling people, if host/ower is true then there is huge gap between OYO and this hotel(i think this is not the case). In the online era i just used Google maps for near by hotel and found good one in an hour.
