The rooms were clean and nice. It looks like they may have remodeled the rooms and the main entrance area to the hotel recently. The hallways seem a bit older but still clean. The parking lot is well lit. Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful during check-in. The breakfast was a nice addition with a variety of standard hot/cold breakfast items. The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly, so I could bring my two dogs along on this trip. There's a nice little dog run outside the side entrance.

A great place! The rooms were clean and tidy, but the shinning star was the employees and their customer service. We had a great guy named Ethan who helped us with check in, was so kind and helpful, and put together breakfast to go as we left early. Him and all other staff was great. Thank you!

I've stayed here over a week, and what a great services I received everyday that I was here! Ian, he was very helpful and generous to help you with his positive attitude! Brenda, she does a lovely job keeping her breakfast food up and so welcoming to everyone with her beautiful smile! .. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and friendly! The place and the pool area were very clean! I will be recommending to anyone to stay for the relaxation!! Thank you everyone!! ? Good job staff!! ?

The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and friendly. Dwayne at the front desk is definitely a plus. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was better than expected, and the breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was the price, I thought the hotel was a bit overpriced. I guess it's par for the course in a seasonal area. All in all, it was a good stay.

When my husband made the on-line reservation he added a request for a room away from the elevator & ice machine on an upper floor (we understand this is a best-effort request). We arrived on a Sunday @ 3:30 pm to a sparsely filled parking lot. The front desk employee was not impolite but said very few words - we didn't catch his name but he had a beard and an AR-15 tattoo on his forearm. He assigned us a room on the 3rd floor (great) but as the elevator opened we found our room was directly across from the elevator door. Upon returning to the lobby and requesting a room further away from elevators & ice machines, he then assigned a room on the second floor, which turned out to be... immediately next to the elevator. *sigh* | My husband, now frustrated, returned for a 3rd try and told the employee that he felt like he was getting a runaround. In response, this employee then literally threw both arms in the air, turned his back on my husband and disappeared into the back office without another word. At that moment, another employee (Duane) stepped up to the counter and politely asked how he could help, while my husband explained our situation. Duane very politely explained that the housekeeping staff was a little behind at the moment but that they should have a number of better rooms available if we could wait about 10 minutes. We said yes, absolutely, and in just a few minutes he walked over with key cards for a great room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. Perfect. Our stay for 4 nights was fine aside from our negative check-in experience with a very unprofessional employee. This was a minor request and my husband was not belligerent or even raised his voice. I want to commend Duane for his professionalism and manner in resolving things for us with a solution that was actually very simple. I did submit this feedback to the Hampton Inn. I didn't specifically request that they contact me and I haven't heard back from them.

Awesome service and the rooms are awesome. Asked for handicap room with a couch for my husband and it was at the last minute because a hotel could not accommodate my husband. HILTON went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I will highly recommend this place even if you have a handicap person. Only thing that the hotel needs to look into for handicap people that can't sleep in beds is the beds that move up and down.

overall, nice/comfortable hotel. the bathroom was a bit gross and didn't seem to flow with the rest of the hotel, bathroom made it seem like the hotel was older. check-in/staff experience was not the best... we had to carry the pack-n-play up to the room for our toddler.

Nice hotel with good location. Pricey, but room was decent other than some crud under sofa bed. Will that stop us from ever staying here again? Nope. Very quiet, beds are comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We'll be back
