Hotel ist absolut super. Kein Teppichboden. Nervig ist das ultra langsamed Wlan selbst ihg Hotel Buchungen dauern ewigs. Zum arbeiten untauglich und das morgens um 5 uhr.Was fehlt sind Recycling Konzepte.

Absolutely the most AMAZING service. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We came evacuating from Tampa ahead of Hurricane Milton. We arrived very early and hadn't had any food and very little sleep, and just wanted to leave our cars parked while we found food. Instead, they helped us get checked in early without an extra charge so we can settle in. The breakfast at the hotel was really good too! The parking lot did not flood at all, definitely has a good drainage system. All the staff was so sweet and so attentive! I had never stayed at a Holiday Inn before and luckily found something extremely last minute at this hotel, and I would definitely stay at this location again. Absolutely 20/10 recommend this location. ?

Me and a coworker had a tough time getting rooms at the beginning (we kind of understood since it was right after a hurricane) but it was what it was. The bartenders were amazing they really knew their drinks and were very helpful at recommending what to eat and if they didn’t have something you cared for they gave advice on places to go as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable it felt very welcoming with quite the scenery. There is a pool that goes from 3’ to 7 1/2’ which is rare to see. There are lots of shops and bars nearby. Overall great experience and I would do it again.

Rooms were clean but not luxurious, staff were average (not very friendly, specially night shift).

My room booking was showing a different view than what was provided and they just informed me that it was a mistake without trying to compensate or make it up.

Value was on so I guess you get what you pay for. But would recommend exploring other options.

Location was close to icon park and dining options with a free timed shuttle bus offered to theme parks.

I recently had an exceptional dining experience a couple weeks ago, at Fusion, located at Holiday Inn, across from Icon Park. The weather was horrible and while searching for something in the area, we came across Fusion. Josh's top notch service and impeccable food preparation exceeded our expectations. The high standards that were set, enhanced our meal and made our visit memorable. This type of service and food is what will bring us back in for future dining experiences and is what made me leave this review. 5 stars!!

We stayed here for our Orlando holiday in October and are very glad we chose this hotel. It’s centrally located for both parks, though Disney is a bit further than we initially thought. Positioned on International Drive across from the Icon Park, the hotel is surrounded by a fantastic variety of restaurants, so dining options are endless.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-presented the hotel is. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed—apart from a safe, which would have been useful for our passports, but we found a way to secure them.

Although we didn’t try the hotel restaurant, we became regulars at the coffee shop, which served great coffee to kick off our mornings. It also offers a nice selection of pastries and snacks. There’s a small shop in the hotel too, though we didn’t end up using it. The Wi-Fi worked well both in our room and in the lobby, which was a relief.

Our only minor complaint would be the lifts—there are only two, and it felt like three would have been better given the demand. The hotel offers a shuttle to the parks, but the schedule wasn’t ideal for us, so we decided against using it.

The staff were friendly, always available, and even kept their cool during Hurricane Milton. We did experience a Wi-Fi drop in our room during the storm, although the lobby Wi-Fi stayed on, which may have been an effort by management to create a sense of community.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the comfort level, and it’s perfectly central to everything. My wife and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Disgusting

I’ve stayed at many different hotels on icon drive over the past few years and I will say this one was by far the worst. Rooms were not vacuumed, prior guests hair, glitter, makeup was all over the place. There was less than an 8th of a toilet paper roll prepared for the room and they had the audacity to fold one of their fancy triangles into it as if it were brand new. The bathroom sink was clogged so simply brushing my teeth was an unpleasant experience. They offer room service via the restaurant downstairs-there was no menu to found in my room. I asked if I could find it online and they insisted that they deliver one to my room- lo and behold an hour later there was no menu delivered. I was fully inclined to haul ass out of there but booked through hotels.com so I could not make any changes due to their policy and had an important meeting the following day. All in all, this is the first time that I’ve stayed in a hotel period where I couldn’t wait to be back home and in my own bed. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else on icon drive. Even the laquinta I hear is much better.

**additional note: the property has contacted me regarding my review on hotels.com and offered me an astounding whopping $15 to remove my review from there. Unfortunately I didn’t go into as much detail as I should have, and cannot make edits so here we are, google!
