was there last week, temperatures were over 34 degrees and no air conditioning, they have a roof ventilator that doesn’t work.
At the bathroom there is a bathtub with a disgusting plastic curtains.
Reception was empty when we need it
Breakfast was really good and the breakfast personnel was also friendly.

Room service didnt change the bedding when we asked them too and room cards don't work very well need to try 3-5 times before it's accepted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with shopping nearby and close enough to Schwerin to walk there.

I was here for a meeting meaning that my review is solely focussed on the service, catering and parking. The food was excellent. They were mostly fingerfoods for the event. However it was world class. The staff were however not well informed on what they served meaning they could not tell us what exactly they were serving us with respect to the Vegans in the group.
There's plenty of parking spaces plus the location away from the city means that the place is calm and quiet.

Big rooms, big beds, everything was clean. No extra amenities in the room other than a head & body wash gel, probably would have to ask reception for e.g. a clothing iron. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty to choose from. Due to corona, masks are of course mandatory when getting food.

After a whole week in this hotel I have a quite good impression. I advice this hotel to anybody who has easy days at work and who is willing to accept some weaknesses and stress points in the evening or at breakfast. If you don't belong to this group - look for another accommodation.

I have to update my previous review.
Because there were very loud guests near our room until 1 am in the morning we could not sleep.
Next day we talked to the manager, who took the necessary actions providing us a quiet room.
The hot is not to be blame for disrespectful guests.

It’s for people who resent electric outlets - there is only one and it’s too far from the bed to plug in a CPAP machine. Wifi is quite bandwidth limited so they can sell you an upgrade. They refused to cancel the breakfast bill when we found out that we would have to leave before the kitchen is open. Bathtub instead of a shower. On the other hand the rooms are nice, clean and rather large. Recommended if you‘re into the 90ies when people did not need electricity, internet, or a quick shower early in the morning.

After one night here, I can say the food and bar are good. The rooms are tidy and the staff ia friendly. The building is a bit outdated, you can tell by the phone booth in the lobby and the lack of power sockets to charge mobile phones in the rooms. You need to unplug a lamp, or use the one for shaving next to the bathroom mirror to charge your electronics.
