Travis, the General Manager, and all of the staff were super sweet and very helpful to us. Accommodations were great, beds super comfy. Breakfast was included in the adorable cafe and each day we found something tasty and satisfying on the menu. So much better than a buffet, served with attentive care. We’d recommend this Inn to anyone who wanted to be right in the heart of it all! Great place for our first visit. We will be back.

Anniversary #52 getaway!! Travis and Amy were the most gracious and amazing hosts! The Inn is just lovely, our room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and well cared for. The charcuterie tray is a masterpiece as well as delicious, the full breakfast selections mouthwatering and very satisfying. Travis’ suggestions and assistance with restaurant reservations was spot on for delicious meals. We were made to feel like family and look forward to a return visit. The Old Brick Inn is quite a treasure; Travis and Amy are the jewels within.

Just returned from a lovely two night stay at The Old Brick Inn. We stayed in the St. Michael’s Suite for the duration of our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had excellent AC. It was well appointed with a fridge, fan, and even a sound machine. Thanks to the bed I had some of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had away from home! Two separate seating areas gave ample room to get some work in.

Cannot recommend The Old Brick Inn enough. Already looking forward to our next stay.

We have been visiting St. Michael's for several years. However this is the first time we stayed at Old Brick Inn. I can honestly say that this is now going to be our "home away from home"! Amy was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our room was very homey and quaint. As far as the breakfast...it couldn't be any better. Travis was very concerned about my dietary needs and did every thing he could to accommodate my dietary restrictions. Also, the location is so perfect!

Originally booked for a June stay but had a last minute change. We were able to change our dates with no problem. A week before our stay, they called & asked if we wanted to participate in the rum tasting on Friday night. Everything about our 2-night stay was amazing. The rum tasting was fun & informative. Breakfast was tasty. George & his staff made us feel welcome & we can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in the French Country room which was very dirty: kleenex shreds behind the mini-fridge; heavy dust under the armoire; debris, including a metal pin, in the carpet. We couldn't control the temperature of the room and the TV would buffer often, sometimes for minutes at a time when it was on. There was no housekeeping service during our 3-night stay and we couldn't find a place to empty our trash or deposit our used towels. The management does provide towels and TP in a basket in the reception area but not a place for used towels.|On the upside, the reception and breakfast staff were very pleasant and friendly. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants.

I've stayed at Old Brick several times. Have always enjoyed. Booked my elderly parents two nights following my mother being diagnosed with aggressive uterine cancer. Wanted them to get away prior to her surgery and treatment. Ended up having to cancel day before as she needed emergent surgery. Called and cancelled. The Inn was not fully booked at that time. I asked if I could possibly get a credit for them to use when she is feeling up to it. I offered to provide medical documentation. Was told the GM would call me. He did not. Instead I got a gift certificate for 40% of the total charge. The GM had indicated he would check with the owners to see if the entire amount could be credited back and he or another staff member would be in touch. Never ended up hearing back. Not the best service given these unfortunate circumstances.

The room we stayed in was not included with the gallery of those pictured and was very disappointing for the price paid. It was not one of the remodeled rooms. Upon entering, the loud window air conditioner was running full blast and was not adequate for size of the room. It had a remote for wifi settings that did not work. There were two remotes for the TV with no instructions. We were able to turn it on with no access to programming without signing in for a free trial. There is a hair dryer that did not work in the bathroom where the mirror is. It worked on a plug outside the bathroom and the housing came off the wall as it was unplugged. No white robes as pictured and toiletries provided were made in China. There was a book of information that did not contain any restaurant recommendations. Very unusual. A sign at the entrance table indicated fresh coffee was available at the coffee roaster across the street at 5:30 am. In reality, it opens at 7:am. with excellent coffee. The owner said he had been advising that fact for 3 years. Some good news: the King size bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed visiting St. Michael's. We were advised at check-in that no daily room service was provided which was fine. We were able to obtain clean towels from the supply closet. The staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate when they could. If you go, make sure you can see a picture the room assigned. Our room was overpriced for its condition.
