If you are looking for a great real estate agent, look no further. Patti has masterfully handled two real estate transactions for us in the past 4 years. Each time she has been professional, friendly, efficient, and offers the best advice. Her marketing materials are beautiful and will put your home in the best possible light. This last move was especially difficult, however Patti jumped right in and handled so many of the details of selling our home, when we were simply not available to do so. She was literally a life saver. Her communication style is the best and she is very responsive, even while on vacation. We highly recommend Patti as your next real estate agent.

Out of the four agents that I interviewed, I chose Patti as she was the only one who gave me a functional road map of how to sell my house. This included a timeline, things to have done and the proposed listing prices. Patti also has contacts for everything you might possibly want doing pre and post sale which in itself is invaluable. She takes time to listen, answers calls/texts promptly and understands exactly what you are going through each step of the way. This worked both during the sale of my house and the buying of my new home. In fact, we are still in touch, as I continue to rely on her for advice and her contacts list!

Patti has been an amazing realtor for this relocation friendly fam. From buying to selling she makes the process smooth. She has literally always been available when we had a wild hair and wanted to purchase in a new location within Denver. She is great at continuing her relationship with you should your needs ever change. She moves at your pace whether eventually trying to get into a specific area or changing states on a quick turn. We are very pleased with our experience working with Patti. In the early stages, she was very helpful in recommending suppliers for the work we needed done prior to sale. During the sale process we were kept up to date on market conditions and Patti was thoughtful in suggesting a price adjustment that was the catalyst for increasing traffic.
