Wir verbrachten eine Nacht im Quattro Hotel. Die Lobby befindet sich im vorderen Gebäude, die Zimmer im hinteren Gebäudeteil. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Leider waren die Laufwege recht lang... da auch der Gäste Wäscheraum vorne gelegen war. Und leider gab es auch nur je eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Für ein Hotel dieser Größe etwas knapp. |Das Frühstück war gut und es gab sogar warme Varianten zur Auswahl.

Decent hotel with a nice restaurant/bar. I requested a true suite since traveling with a teen but the woman failed to make an official note of it. In the end they accommodated us with a 2 queen suite. Most of their suites do not have a door closing off the bedroom. It was early in the year(late November) but we had a heavy snow. The staff was very helpful with shovels for any needing to dig out. Breakfast was decent. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at the Quattro Hotel several times over the years as we travel across Canada to British Columbia or visit during the “Autumn Splash of Colour.” We find all aspects of our personal family stay to be excellent. The quality of the building has been maintained over the years and the atmosphere is most welcoming. The staff are pleasant and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couch, table and chair. The desk was much appreciated along with the WiFi. There are a variety of restaurants in the vicinity as well. Whenever we travel North of Lake Superior we make a point of staying at the Quattro in Sault Ste. Marie. The room rate at this time was very reasonable.

My husband and I drive from Ottawa to North Western Ontario and back every summer and the Quattro is our 'go to' spot to stay when we pass through Sault St. Marie on the first night of our trip.||The front desk staff are always efficient and friendly. The rooms are large, spacious and clean and they have a really great free breakfast that is included in your rate. It has a large selection of breads and pastries/yogurt/cereals/eggs/bacon/sausage/coffee/juice/fresh fruit etc. They even have paper cups so you can take a coffee to go in the car. The wait staff in the breakfast room are always very friendly.||There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel for dinner and we always like to do that to stretch our legs after being in the car all day. ||For one night in a room with a King Bed (very nice!) we paid $165 taxes included. That's very good these days! Amenities include free wifi, a bar fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. It ticks all the boxes!

The Quattro has truly some of the friendliest people!|Our room was super comfortable and the bed was cozy. We ordered wings n pizza from pizzatecca and chilled in our living room. |The best part was the homemade made breakfast in the morning. |Can’t want to come back! Thank for being awesome

Positive: We loved the pool and sauna. The cleaning staff were the most pleasant with us and helpful. The on-site laundry services were affordable and available when we needed it. Negative: I stayed with my children and cousin.My cousin was denied access to the lobby washroom and treated like she was not a guest by the front desk staff. This breakfast was the same eggs and sausages daily, no dairy or gluten free options and overpriced.

This is the first time I stayed at this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the size of the room that I had booked.||Breakfast was included and the restaurant was clean. ||Didn’t try pool as we arrived late and checked out early. Windows to pool looked inviting as well the fitness centre. ||Would definitely book again.

My Husband and I drove from Toronto to work in Saul Saint Marie on Thur, Dec-12-2024. And we work until almost 1am, Fri, Dec-13)
Then we drove to this hotel, witch is 5mn away from the work place that we just done install, we was so tire almost 24H up drive and work.
Me and my husband walk in and there is one lady at the reception counter, then my husband ask do you have a room available so we can check in, she reply "NO". That's the only word that she reply back to us. It's a very rude customer services.
I think the manager should look into this behave of the customer services.
I'm sure that other hotel they still want the customer rather than this place.

Then my husband call to the other Hotel "Comfort Inn", 2mn way (on the same road), the lady in that hotel is real nice, event ask us what company you were working for? then we told her, we just done the work for Rexall and she event give us the contractor deal discount rate.
the way of customer services talk to us at Comfort Inn, is way different from Quattro. Nice and Human being.
