My wife and I are both engineers working in semiconductor industry and we would like to offer an honest review for Ms Sanela Hodzic (Selling Homes) and for the main constructing partner, MB Bautraeger, the company that does not have any google review page since they have Ms. Hodzic for selling most of their homes. We signed for a home in 2022, supposed to be ready in July 2023, but after missing the deadline, with 1 month breach of contract from their side, we finally moved in a home without doors, with ruined walls, blinds that get defect once per month, no asphalt in the driveway, just mud and many many other problems. Still even after 1 year, we are ignored by the constructor and postponed indefinitely for some of the repairs .

This is a long review, but I hope it will truly reflect the nature of this business, which serves as a frontend to customers for the MB Bautrager company (on which Ms Hodzic also appears as seller of the project). There are 2 aspects that I would like to highlight:

1. Ms Hodzic did not sell us the house herself, since she replaced the person who left. But she illegally posted pictures of our house and car and posted them on 7 real estate websites against our will. I just discovered by surprise that my house is on sale, half a year after we moved. She was trying to sell the remaining 2 homes, by using ours as an example. Imagine the shock to see your house, marketed all over the internet. Only after warning her about legal consequences did she take down the pictures.

2. When we asked Ms Hodzic for help with the issues with the constructor, she said she has nothing to do with the constructor, that she is a completely separate business. I do not know at this moment if Ms Hodzic is honest about this claim, but what I know is that she is a person also appearing on MB Bautraeger page. What conclusion can I make about this? Furthermore, at this very moment, there are 3 people from MB Bautrager who gave her business a 5 star review. Normally I would like to see reviews from customers, not from your colleagues. But anyhow, if you buy a home from Ms Hodzic, please check which constructor has built the home, because if it is MB Bautrager (company that does not want to have google review page, such that future customers can't be aware of the nightmare of past customers), I highly suggest to avoid at all cost. We lived 1 year of continuous nightmare, having workers all the time to repair what they did, but even to this day we still have many issues unsolved (e.g. damaged parquet, defective bathroom blind and no possibility to ventilate, windows with fabrication defects etc). Now they decided to postpone us week by week, saying that someone will come to fix our issues. No one is coming, they just want us to get exhausted and to forget about the issues. I see no other alternative than to gather evidence and go to authorities.

This is all I had to say, I hope it helps someone avoid going through so much pain as we did.
