We went there for lunch. Pathetic service. There was only one waitress who was attending 11 of us. They took 3 hours to serve lunch. Nothing extraordinary. Most of the desserts were not available. Other staff members were least concerned, ignorant and indifferent. We had the Worst experience when we organised a Diwali get together.

Awesome property with amazing food and services. The exe chef of the hotel was such an amazing person. Served exactly the same taste of food which we told him to make (home style chicken) and also the services staff was 5* let it be room service or coffee shop. Highly recommend.

"Mixed Experience: Clean Room and Good Food, But Disappointing Management Policy"

I stayed at Fern Residency recently and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and the food was good, which were definite positives. However, I was quite disappointed with the management's policy regarding complimentary items.

Initially, I received packets of dry fruits, biscuits, and water bottles in my room. Due to my busy schedule, I didn't have time to consume them and decided to take them with me during checkout. To my surprise, during checkout, the manager insisted that I pay extra for these items. This was extremely disappointing as I had assumed they were complimentary.

Moreover, they attempted to charge me for a water bottle that I didn't even take with me, which further added to my frustration.

While the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the food were satisfactory, the management's handling of complimentary items left a negative impression on my overall stay at Fern Residency. Potential guests should be aware of this policy when considering their accommodation options.

It was quite disappointed to find that there is no complimentary accommodation for drivers. This is a basic amenity that is available in almost all hotels, even in smaller towns. If you are traveling with a driver, please be aware that you will need to make separate arrangements for their stay, as the hotel does not provide any free accommodation options for them. This lack of consideration for drivers is quite surprising and inconvenient.
